Day to day cycles that repeat timelessly/themes that is Self

  • waking up
  • eating
  • drinking
  • breathing
  • falling asleep
  • conversation with others
  • reading knowledge
  • watching information
  • sense of balance
  • compulsive reactions
  • negative emotions
  • positive feelings
  • utmost comfort/health inside human physical body
  • breathing heavier during exercise
  • addictions to destructive behavior and consumptions of experiences/food, i.e. hifi, watching porn, knife, drama
  • polarity as the extreme of reaction and the emptiness of being here like how Life is always here
  • connecting memory to the present here moment to the point of it being disorganized and impairing direct looking
  • media as adult education
  • social media as fast junk food/information/knowledge
  • stress stemming from deadlines, homework, and exams
  • daily/weekly physical environment maintenance
  • planning of meals, i.e. cooking at home
  • planning of Chinese herbal soups, time to prepare and execute
  • listening
  • beginner’s mind or expert’s mind approach to what is here
  • being the fool or the know-it-all or know-it-mostly
  • children as the future (looking at each child and literally seeing the future as them)
  • making children stumble or assisting and supporting children with what they have to be confident in themselves
  • professional approach to communication with business or work colleagues
  • intimate approach to communication with friends and acquaintances and family
  • learning through loss/cutting down the number of knowledge/information to remember
  • physical movement as behavior as how I say/behave as a nameless experience
  • articulating the nameless experience that is living into definitions of words to share in writing and speaking

  • decrypting reactions and emotions to permanently resolve them, i.e. stop repeating the same moment
